When is my deposit due?
A 50% deposit is required before work begins. Your project is officially reserved once the deposit has been received.
When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining balance is due before the website is transferred to you or published live.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments can be made securely online using major credit cards and other payment methods offered through Wix Payments.
Can I make payments over time?
Projects are divided into two payments: a 50% deposit and the remaining balance due before launch. Custom payment arrangements may be discussed before the project begins.
Are deposits refundable?
Deposits are non-refundable once design work has started because project time is reserved specifically for your business.
What happens if my project scope changes?
If additional pages or features are requested after the project has begun, I'll provide an updated quote before any additional work is completed.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes. Every payment includes a detailed invoice for your records.
Do I have to pay for Wix separately?
Yes. Your Wix Premium Plan and domain are purchased directly through Wix and remain in your name, giving you full ownership and control of your website.
Do you offer ongoing website support?
Yes. Website Support Plans start at $75/month and are available if you'd like help with updates, content changes, and ongoing maintenance after your website launches.
